Refund Policy

Refund terms for visa assistance and documentation services.

Service Fee Policy

FirstMyVisa service fees are charged for consultancy, documentation assistance, application review, processing support and operational handling. Once work has started, service fees may be non-refundable.

Government / Embassy Fees

Embassy, consulate, immigration, VFS, government or third-party fees are subject to the rules of the respective authority and are generally non-refundable once paid.

Visa Rejection

Visa approval or rejection is decided only by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority. Refunds are not applicable solely because a visa is rejected.

Duplicate Payment

In case of duplicate payment or excess payment, customers may contact FirstMyVisa support with payment proof. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.

Cancellation Before Processing

If cancellation is requested before any processing or documentation work has started, refund eligibility will be reviewed by FirstMyVisa on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds may take 7 to 15 working days depending on payment gateway, bank and processing timelines.
